Gina works with clients who have a Pessimistic Mindset, Complex Trauma, otherwise known as Complex PTSD or Developmental Trauma and looking for transformation.

Trauma in childhood impacts the brains ability to function and develop. As a result, the mind absorbs all of the negative situations and takes on that mindset. It's NO fault of your own. Your mind didn't know any better, It actually thinks it's normal.
​
The problem with staying in a negative mindset is it can lead to other serious issues such as; excessive sadness, excessive nervousness, overthinking, overanalyzing, intrusive thoughts, demented thinking, severe mood swings, intense emotions, and unsafe impulses and behaviors.

We allow those toxic thoughts to control us INSTEAD of us controlling them. That is when the above problems start to surface.

Then, the body lives in a constant state of survival, tense, scanning for danger cues. This causes the trauma (emotions) to become embedded in the cellular level of the body. This means the body reacts without the brains knowledge. This is known as, the body keeps the score.

In our practice, safety and connection are key for healing. That is why our sessions are ALL client-led. We work on what you'd like. It's our duty to walk alongside you, and help you navigate the journey with you.

We work simultaneously on the mind and body. This helps the client understand why their bodies react in different situations and/or circumstance. What happens to the body when our mind ruminates. Our goal is healing through connection and alignment of the mind and body.

Science has come a long way with uncovering the aftereffects of trauma and what modalities could help clients heal on a deeper level. So, here at Transformative Healing, we use a variety of modalities; questions and answers, critical thinking exercises, journaling, education, somatic movements, workbooks, and the side-door approaches. All of these have been proven to work effectively to release embedded trauma from the cells and transform your mind. A transformed mind, transforms the body! ​

We work at your pace. We use a gently approach that provides safety, compassion and empathy in each session. We are a non-judgmental space, where you can talk freely without worry. We work virtually, worldwide over Zoom with English fluent clients."
